Mayo Diet day 2

Day two and already I munched on poached banana. Rather and somewhat naturally sweet, but only had one slice. By 10am, the catering for lunch and dinner arrived. Took a peak and it was chicken satay *woot woot


Looks good right? It tastes better than day one. I don’t know if the blandness if day one makes day two slightly tastier..not sure. But, managed to finish everything.

Had a 3pm snack of the sliced poached banana as I brought two. And then took a peek at what’s for din din and took a one corn cob for snacking. Sounds fair right?


dinner was spicy tempeh with mashed potato gratin and one corn cob. I didn’t manage to finish the tempeh as they were too spicy and tasted too fermented (I know they’re fermented but still) it threw my last taste palate down.

Hope day 3 is tastier.
