Mayo diet day 5

Today, I have gotten used to eating less but healthy. Had three quarters of a banana and one slice of toast with less salt margarine. Spread it very thinly.

It is not even 11.30am but I am already munching on my salad with lime.

I put one corn cob for dinner, and I see pasta!!! So so delighted!

My body feels lighter and slightly adjusted to this less salt food. I really hope I can keep this up.
